The focus is modernizing Crider Foods’ presence, elevating its products, and reinforcing its role as a trusted partner, employer, and community leader.
Crider Foods needed to align communications across very different audiences—retail and foodservice partners, employees, and the local community—while updating outdated perceptions of what the company does today. Previous marketing leaned heavily on “how it’s made” rather than the end product/value. The company also needed to establish a strong B2B social presence from scratch and strengthen internal messaging to support hiring, retention, and culture.
ASH repositioned Crider Foods with a product- and solution-forward narrative, built a targeted B2B social strategy, and launched campaigns to reset local perception by highlighting growth, innovation, and community impact. In parallel, we developed internal communication frameworks and employer-brand assets—templates, messaging guides, program toolkits, and video content—to ensure employees hear a consistent story that supports engagement and recruiting.
